Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Jujur. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical-based customer assistance through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via voice, chat, and email
  • Document each customer interaction in our dedicated CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in department initiatives and contribute to the development of collaborative solutions

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level) for effective communication
  • Residency in Serbia and ability to work legally without company support
  • Experience in customer support, technical support, and help desk or IT functions
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment
  • Working knowledge of external systems, PC-based internet, and software applications
