Financial Operations Specialist Role Overview

This position involves working with financial systems to ensure accurate and efficient processing of clients' transactions, payment settlements, and bank reconciliations. Effective time management is crucial for meeting deadlines and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process clients' transactions, payment settlements, and bank reconciliations within established timelines.
  • Monitor the receipt of necessary documents for financial closing procedures.
  • Compile reports for financial analysis of each client company, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Verify transactions in clients' bank accounts to ensure accurate registration and prevent discrepancies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or Financial Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mid-level Analyst.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including data analysis and visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
