This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the talent acquisition strategy for the LATAM region in a global matrix organization.

The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for managing recruitment across multiple countries (Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru) and will be integral to our global talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for LATAM aligned with the global talent acquisition framework.
  • Lead end-to-end senior-level recruitment searches across the LATAM region, focusing on identifying, engaging & building long-term relationships with key talent.
  • Drive change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions, technology, and industry trends. Implement innovative solutions to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Lead and support transformation efforts in the talent acquisition function, ensuring alignment with overall organizational objectives. Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions, track key performance indicators, and identify areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to understand their talent needs and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Requirements:
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic recruitment plans.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and innovation.
  • Ability to drive change and transform business operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
