Join a team of financial experts as Regional Finance Director. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.The Regional Finance Director will be responsible for supporting country business teams in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, data modeling, and analytics to drive sustained profitable business growth.Key responsibilities include creating and owning monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts for the Sales & Service Organizations, improving profitability and balance sheet through monthly analysis of revenue, cost, and inventory variances, and building and leading the team and processes for AR, AP, Invoicing, Credit, and Taxation functions.This role requires advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as working knowledge of financial planning systems like Hyperion.Experience leading and inspiring teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and demonstrated proficiency in time and project management skills are essential for success in this position.Travel requirements up to 25% may be necessary.Key Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in finance-roles, with at least 5 years leading multi-national teams in a Commercial Finance role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and working knowledge of financial planning systems such as Hyperion.
  • Excellent knowledge of forecasting techniques.
  • Strong accounting background, especially revenue/expense recognition rule with extensive experience in financial forecasting and modelling.
  • Great data visualization and presentation skills to provide recommendations based on insight.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in time and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects across critical yet often fluctuating deadlines – and with sometimes minimal and/or ambiguous input from stakeholders.
