We are looking for a Purchase to Invoice Specialist who will be in charge of managing the entire purchase-to-invoice process, including purchase orders and purchase requisitions of non-commercial materials and services, goods receipts, and invoicing. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial processes and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with group practices and processes related to commercial processes.
  • Support countries in execution and guarantee efficiency in tools, organization, and processes.
  • Manage Ad-Hoc projects to launch and drive initiatives to improve P2P processes.
  • Lead BOLD implementations in new countries; act as referent for CORE processes and data, balancing local needs with group requirements.

This role supports innovation initiatives linked to BOLD (analytics, automation, paperless transitions). The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of operational experience, ideally in finance or technology consulting.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong operational experience, preferably in finance or technology consulting.
  • Management consulting experience in finance or technology.
  • Active participation in finance transformation projects (internal or external).
  • Experience in project mode and ability to perform in roles from individual contributor to leadership.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across diverse groups. Experience in companies in agriculture or commodity business is a plus.
