Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Role

This position plays a pivotal role in managing financial planning and analysis activities, providing insightful reports to senior management and supporting strategic decision-making.

  1. Review monthly financial statements and engage with investors on ad hoc analysis.
  2. Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and scenario analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, and business performance metrics.
  3. Develop and enhance financial measurement reporting tools, preparing internal and external reports that drive business growth.
  4. Prepare tailored analysis to support strategic decision-making and measure/analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Lead the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans in collaboration with functional teams.
  6. Perform variance analysis to assess financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
  7. Deliver impactful financial presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors.
  8. Support investor relations activities and drive process improvements and efficiencies in financial planning and analysis processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, economics, accounting, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, investment banking, or related roles.
  • Knowledge of main financial statements: balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in SaaS industry.
  • VBA skills preferred.
  • SQL/Python knowledge.
  • Experience with investor relations.
