Drive Share Growth as a Strategic Planning Expert

As a seasoned Demand Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous execution of our demand planning process. Focusing on performance drivers and business opportunities, your primary objective will be to achieve share growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the FMC demand planning process in Brazil, aligning with strategic objectives (share, volume, NTO, UOP).
  • Provide actionable insights to facilitate planning, identifying performance drivers and business priorities for share growth.
  • Propose and track demand forecasts against plans and competitors, challenging stakeholders to deliver consistent share growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing initiatives that impact demand forecasts, proposing Business Case assumptions and leading Performance tracking.
  • Evolving tools, KPIs, and ways of work to be more agile and bold.

As a Demand Planning Manager, you will be accountable for all demand and performance planning for Brazil and Cuba. You will monitor performance, achieve goals, and market share, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Development, Strategy, Market Intelligence, performance, and planning, preferably in FMCG industries.
  • Ability to present and debate strategic recommendations with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for technology.
  • Collaborative mindset, sense of curiosity, and desire for impact.
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and speaking.
  • Tolerance for change.
  • Proactive and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced fluency in English required.
