Position Overview: The Commercial Specialist will be essential in assisting the commercial division with various operational tasks and the development of analytical reports. This role demands a meticulous individual with robust analytical capabilities and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate should exhibit a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Registration in Retail: Oversee the entry of products into the retail management system. Assistance for Account Managers in Delivery Coordination: Aid in the organization of delivery timelines for Account Managers. Order Management: Process incoming forms, format them accordingly, and submit them for approval from each Account Manager prior to forwarding to the Operations team. Support in Promotional Systems: Initiate activity models, track deadlines, and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation. Commercial Campaign Reporting: Gather and consolidate data, and collaborate with each Account Manager to extract insights and learnings from commercial initiatives. Assist the commercial team in compiling weekly sales data. Participation in Weekly Briefings: Engage actively in weekly meetings to share updates and insights. Ad hoc Commercial Analyses: Conduct on-demand commercial analyses as required by the business and for each Account Manager.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset for processes and businesses. Advanced English language skills.

Important Profile Attributes:

Strong organizational skills. Data-driven mindset. Self-management capabilities. Analytical orientation. Adaptability and flexibility. Focus on routine execution. Ability to operate at various hierarchical levels.

Education and Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a comparable role. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields preferred.
