Job Title: Senior Legal Manager Brazil
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal professional to join our team as Senior Legal Manager in Brazil. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's commercial growth objectives in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as strategic legal business partner to General Managers in Brazil and Latin America.
- Manage all legal affairs throughout Brazil and Latin America.
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and manage contract-related policies and procedures.
- Develop templates, guidelines and training materials to empower clients with self-service tools.
- Assist with litigation, pre-litigation, regulatory and intellectual property matters, labor law, import/export, supply chain and tax matters in the region.
- Manage external counsel in the region.
- Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent credential from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice by a jurisdiction in the region.
- Professional proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
