About the Role

The Regional Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in managing regional commercial representatives nationwide, ensuring the execution of the commercial strategy and expansion of new business in regional markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and engage sales representatives across different regions of Brazil to execute the commercial strategy and expand new business opportunities.
  • Conduct weekly alignment meetings with representatives to maintain a continuous flow of information, product training, and updates, as well as participation in strategic meetings with clients and local agencies.
  • Prioritize offers, packages, and market opportunities in line with Disney's commercial policy.
  • Monitor sales KPIs, identify performance gaps, and propose action plans to maximize revenue opportunities within Disney's portfolio of products and experiences in Brazil.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure representatives have the necessary support for negotiations and business closures.
Requirements
  • Experience in managing external sales teams or sales representatives.
  • Proven track record in the media and advertising industry.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking KPIs and defining sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage remote teams and ensure strategic alignment.
  • Availability for a temporary 9-month position.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
