We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Market Intelligence Manager HVAC. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering actionable insights.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidating data from various internal and external sources into a unified business intelligence visual. They will also design, build, and maintain dashboards and visual reports tailored to stakeholder needs.

This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that enhance our understanding of the HVAC market, contributing to strategic success and innovation.

  • Develop performance tracking reports for key KPIs across countries and AC product lines.
  • Support strategic planning, forecasting, and business reviews with data-backed recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence, Sales Operations, or Data Analysis roles.
  • HVAC experience, with LATAM roles being considered as a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
  • Strong teamwork & relationship building.
  • Creativity and proactivity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Advanced English Skills.
  • Advanced Spanish Skills will be considered as a plus.
