Job Overview

This role leads the regional supply chain financial processes and manages a team, reporting to the Finance Director. The position is based in Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil with hybrid work arrangements.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that optimize supply chain performance, leading review of financial forecasts and analyses of results, evaluating financial models and analyses of different strategic decisions, and working with stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business, relevant previous experience as a People Leader in the FP&A area, strong financial acumen and a compliance mindset, advanced or fluent English, ability to adapt and lead in a changing and matrixed environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications
