Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the General Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  1. Hotel Background Required: A strong understanding of the hotel industry is essential for this role.
  2. Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange appointments, prioritize telephone calls, and manage in-person visitors for the General Manager.
  3. VIP Reservation Requests: Handle all VIP reservation requests, including arranging amenities and follow-ups as needed.
  4. Correspondence: Compose correspondence for the General Manager and Operations Director, including welcome messages.

Requirements: Hotel background, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
