Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As the key player in managing company finances, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless financial operations.
Your duties will include:
- Managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Reconciling credit card payments and bank deposits
- Preparing regular P&L and budget reports
- Providing backup support to the operations and client services teams
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a full charge bookkeeper using QuickBooks, including payroll
- Demonstrated experience and desire to be a key contributor to confidential collaboration and decision making at the executive level
- Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accountability to accuracy and consistency within the organization's process flow
