Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Analyst to join our team at DocuSign. As a Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing technical support and guidance to resolve issues with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in special projects to improve the quality and efficiency of our support service

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
  • Deep knowledge of Internet technologies and Windows and Apple OS operating systems
  • Ability to navigate and troubleshoot ticket systems and other support tools
