Our organization is seeking an experienced Automation Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and safety of our automated systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong electro-mechanical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and maintain high levels of productivity. A strong understanding of mechanical automation systems, electronics, and PLC knowledge is also essential for success in this position.

About the Role
  • Daily Inspections: Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company processes.
  • System Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) associated with robotic vehicles and adapters/lifts.
  • Component Repair: Adjust, calibrate, repair, replace, or modify system components to support continuous operation.
  • Flow Optimization: Monitor the flow of AS/RS through adapters, achieving maximum throughput and cases per hour.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot automated robotic vehicle anomalies using schematic and wiring diagrams, as well as advanced test equipment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Documentation: Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of all maintenance activities via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to guarantee that all work meets the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree or equivalent experience/certification in electronics, automotive, automation, manufacturing, or equivalent field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with mechanical automation systems or educational/training equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong electro-mechanical skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in performing all inspection functions.
  • Literacy: Literacy, written and verbal, in English Language.
