Key ResponsibilitiesThis position focuses on resolving privacy-related challenges across various products and services worldwide. It requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, provide expert advice on privacy matters, and facilitate compliance and auditing processes.
Work EnvironmentThis role is part of a dynamic legal team that works closely with business and engineering teams to drive innovation in privacy solutions. The primary location is Apple Latin America and Caribbean (ALAC), with a focus on Brazil.
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in privacy law
- Strong knowledge of comprehensive privacy laws and guidelines
- Law degree and full Brazilian legal qualification - Admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Sound business judgment and flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple matters and deadlines
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Proficiency in Spanish
