Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for a certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with credentials in CCC and school settings, seeking to contribute expertise within an elementary school environment. The role is based in Bethlehem, PA, offering a full academic year contract.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech and language assessments for elementary students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy provided and student progress
  • Participate in meetings related to student educational planning as needed

Additional responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments of students' communication abilities and developing customized treatment plans to meet their unique needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC)
  • Valid School-Based SLP Certification
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

A minimum of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is required, as well as experience working with elementary-aged children.
