Your Role: As a Solutions Consultant, you will become part of our team in the Americas, collaborating closely with various teams such as Technical Account Management, Sales, and Customer Success. In this capacity, you will serve as the technical expert, assisting prospective clients and ensuring exceptional technical support throughout the sales process. Your contributions will directly influence new revenue and the expansion of Adjust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical expertise and support for sales teams throughout the sales cycle.
  • Demonstrate the value proposition of the Adjust platform.
  • Consult on best practices for platform utilization, conduct product demonstrations, and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Comprehend the technical and data-centric requirements of prospects to address their challenges.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for potential clients, providing assistance during integration and testing phases.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience in technical fields (implementation, integrations, sales engineering, etc.).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including ad operations, analytics, and attribution technologies.
  • Experience presenting technical content to a diverse audience of business and technical decision-makers.
  • Proven track record in managing technical software integration and evaluation processes is advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and a native Spanish speaker; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
