Job Overview

The Project Analyst Role:

As a senior project analyst, you will be responsible for aiding product development managers in their management routines. This includes researching data, gathering information from the field, and producing reports to track project progress.

  • Assisting with project management processes to ensure activities are executed according to governance.
  • Communicating policies and messages to program teams and upper management.
  • Developing project communications, including PowerPoint decks, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and MS Project schedules.
  • Analyzing data and making suggestions to implement or improve initiatives, processes, and automated business processes and systems.
  • Documenting new or revised procedures or workflows.
  • Producing recommendations with key users to specify improvements to existing automated business processes and systems.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Education, Computer Science, Business/Administration, MBA, Technical, or Project Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in software development.
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of management tools: Jira, Excel, Microsoft Project, Gitlab, Microsoft Access.
  • Intermediate English level.
