Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Analyst Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT infrastructure solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the primary IT contact for global IT departments and business partners.
  • Provide first-level consulting and support for request, demand management, and operational non-performance of all infrastructure partners.
  • Responsible for out-of-scope infrastructure topics with the outsourcing contract provider.
  • Act as primary IT contact for associated business partners regarding consulting, request management, and demand management.
Requirements and QualificationsMandatory Requirements
  • Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Portuguese language proficiency (desired).
  • Knowledge and specialization in Service Management.
  • At least 5 years of IT infrastructure experience: Workplace Services, Service Desk, On-premises, Cloud hosting, and Network Services.
  • Experience in IT consulting.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills.
Differential Requirements
  • Ability to identify and implement alternative process management solutions.
  • Ability to link policies, projects, and operations.
  • Experience with different process management methods.
  • ITIL V3 knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge in cybersecurity topics.
