Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage contracts between our organization and local partners.

  • This includes drafting, reviewing, and optimizing standard contract templates in collaboration with our legal team.
  • The ideal candidate will track contract performance, ensure key terms are met, and identify potential compliance risks.
  • They will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, including document collection, qualification screening, due diligence, and record-keeping.
  • A robust database with complete documentation is essential for this role.
  • Supporting the development of SOPs and digital systems for merchant qualification and tracking is also a key responsibility.
  • The selected candidate will enforce MEI compliance policies and educate partners on related requirements.
  • In addition, they will assist with routine audits on partner contracts and payment paths to mitigate labor relationship risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in contract management, partner onboarding, or compliance is necessary.
  • Prior experience in logistics, food delivery, or platform-based operations is highly valued.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, along with strong attention to detail, are essential.
  • Experience with documentation systems and workflow tools is also required.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is necessary for this role.
