You will manage complex international itineraries, negotiate upgrades, secure rare items, and handle customer service issues with ease. Your strong personal boundaries, curiosity, and willingness to try new things will serve you well in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elite Travel, Luxury Bookings & Negotiation: Book first-class travel experiences, ensure VIP-level treatment, negotiate upgrades, flights, hotels, dining, and exclusive perks.
  • Executive Calendar & Prioritization: Own and optimize the executive's schedule, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and solve them proactively.
  • Customer Service & Online Shopping Expertise: Negotiate the best deals, handle customer service issues, secure rare or high-demand items, and use strategic sourcing and vendor relationships.
  • Business & Investor Operations: Act as a gatekeeper and trusted point of contact for key partners, own CRM, LP tracking, and follow-ups for high-stakes relationships, manage strategic gifting, investor relations, and professional outreach.
  • Personal & Household Management: Oversee all personal scheduling, household logistics, and vendor management, handle prescriptions, medical records, and wellness coordination, and ensure seamless execution of family vacations, events, and experiences.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Virtual Executive Assistant who can work independently and as part of a team. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in CRM software, email management tools, and online booking systems is essential.
