">The Insights and Measurement Lead will spend their days analyzing and measuring metrics of success for an advertiser business or category, developing data-driven insights and recommendations for executive client leadership, and communicating recommendations in a clear and compelling fashion.

">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experience in client-facing data analysis roles, including 5+ years in digital media/AdTech consulting or advertising with a top agency or brand.">
- Expertise in translating technical analyses into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders, with excellent data-driven storytelling and presentation skills.">
- Demonstrated proficiency in advertising measurement methodologies, marketing mix modeling, and attribution frameworks.">
- Strong understanding of advanced statistical techniques, including regression analysis, segmentation, and machine learning.">
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and metric creation, along with fluency in analytical tools (Python, R, SAS, etc.).">
- Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) in Economics, Marketing, Statistics, Advertising, or Business; or equivalent Digital media planning experience.">
- Experience with advertising publishers, marketing/creative agencies, and campaign management.">
