Job Title:

A regional leader is needed to oversee multiple delivery sites across the country.

  • Must have +10 years of experience in last mile transportation industry (Brazil or foreign country).
  • High direct management experience, including a salaried and hourly workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment.
  • Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English.
  • Great writing skills in Portuguese and English.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage operations, setting the pace by example as a boots on the ground manager.
  2. Drives creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives and other Lean initiatives.
  3. Responsible for overall safety, quality and performance and customer experience of the delivery stations.
  4. Measures performance, provides feedback, and holds management accountable.
  5. Leverages on-site management by sourcing and nurturing ideas.
  6. Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments.
  7. Works closely with support staff to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives.
