Revenue Director Job Description

At Grand Hyatt Rio De Janeiro, we're seeking a skilled Revenue Director to join our team. As a key member of our hotel's leadership, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maximizing profits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective pricing and distribution strategies to outperform direct competitors and increase market share.
  • Manage and oversee revenue management analytics to produce reporting that supports and evaluates hotel business strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, events, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve hotel goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with hotel objectives.
  • Produce accurate revenue forecasts to inform hotel decision-making and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in revenue management in the hotel industry, with a preference for luxury hotel experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and time management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or Hotel/Hospitality.
  • Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
