Drive Sales Growth with Selina

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at Selina, a leading hospitality company. As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for driving top-line performance by expanding existing business and creating new opportunities through promotional efforts, representation at local and international fairs, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve set targets and personal development
  • Monitor and manage against team booking goals and make recommendations on booking goals of direct reports
  • Work closely with the Revenue Leaders to identify and drive focused activities on elements of the business that require additional support
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Report out the KPI's of the department monthly to the VP Sales
  • Participate in the forecasting process in conjunction with the Revenue Department to ensure accurate, timely, and complete information
  • Conduct customer-facing sales activities such as appointments, site visits, solicitation and re-solicitation calling, lunch and learns, social hours, company of the month activities, local industry events, Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) Activities, etc.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in sales in the hospitality industry
  • Intermediate-advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills and other presentation tools
  • Passionate about challenges
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and excellent communication skills
  • English and local language advanced
