HR Operations Analyst

About the Role:

This position plays a key part in identifying new business opportunities in HR domain, providing valuable insights and analysis to support global eHR initiatives. As the focal point for these initiatives, you will be responsible for developing location-specific analysis, creating presentations to engage stakeholders, and conducting user acceptance testing for new HR modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze HR system operations, providing feedback and recommendations to improve performance
  • Develop data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations
  • Create engaging presentations to communicate eHR operations information and facilitate discussions among stakeholders
  • Learn eHR system functionality and develop user guides for end-users
  • Conduct UAT for new HR module launches and gather feedback from end-users
Requirements:
  • Advanced analytical skills with expertise in data tools such as Excel, Database, and SQL
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience building compelling presentations
  • Strong analytical thinking and reasoning skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and diverse environment
  • Background in HR, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including Chinese and Portuguese
  • Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil
