Women Empowerment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in promoting gender equality and women's empowerment. As a key member of our Programme Unit, you will contribute to the development of strategies that address the social, economic, and political inequalities faced by women and girls.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programme management, with experience in designing and implementing projects that promote gender equality and human rights. You will be responsible for providing technical support to partners, conducting capacity-building activities, and contributing to advocacy efforts. Additionally, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement resource mobilization strategies, ensuring the sustainability of our programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute technically to the development of programme strategies and initiatives
- Provide technical support for the implementation and management of projects
- Provide technical assistance and capacity development support to partners
- Monitor progress on programme activity, results, and indicators
Requirements:
- Masters degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programme management
- Strong knowledge of gender equality and human rights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
