Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Excellence Lead to join our team. As an Operations Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the Fulfilment Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safety Program Support: Ensure a safe work environment for all Associates by supporting safety programs and compliance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of professionals in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations.
  • Inventory Control Maintenance: Coordinate inventory control maintenance and random counts aligned with network strategies, ensuring SOX compliance and consistency.
  • Quality Measurement: Measure quality, inventory integrity, and accuracy while providing proactive feedback to the operations management team.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of inventory deviations using cause-and-effect methodologies and implement corrective actions.
  • Network-Wide Quality Initiatives: Drive and support network-wide Fulfilment & Operations-focused quality initiatives.
  • Process Improvements: Promote process improvements while developing your team's capabilities to keep pace with our rapid growth, fostering a culture of excellence and engagement.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in time management skills, coupled with confidence in analyzing and organizing large datasets.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, placement, and optimization strategies.
  • Proficient in using the full MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
