Overview: We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to lead several concurrent projects in support of our growth. The successful candidate will own a portfolio of projects and be accountable for their end-to-end development from scoping to execution, through successful implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex projects from conception to implementation, including new site launches and facility retrofits.
- Be accountable for key metrics and overall project outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to define solutions that improve operational excellence.
- Lead discussions and develop business cases to support new initiatives, leveraging data from multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in using databases and analytical tools to drive data-informed decisions.
A Day in the Life: Work with teams across Amazon to scope project requirements, manage project deliverables, and ensure project implementation and adoption.
About the Team: Our team is responsible for understanding business and operations requirements to develop solutions to improve Amazon's network by partnering with stakeholders from Tech, Finance, Tax, and Accounting, with a main focus on Supply Chain, Transportation, and Network & Operational Excellence programs.
