Job Summary

Advanced Sterilization Products seeks a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and statements, as well as maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review financial reports and statements, including statutory reports and tax returns.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including SOX and ACP.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports for the global headquarters.
  • Support internal and external auditors in audit procedures.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage working capital needs.
  • Implement and maintain standard work processes related to accounting and control operations.
  • Coordinate and guide accounts payable, receivable, and collection analysts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in tax and accounting, with a strong background in financial operations.
  • Advanced English and Spanish language skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
