As a Category and Supply Finance Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and planning to support the company's strong business performance. You will be responsible for leading the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning. This involves ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and regional targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies for category management and supply chain operations.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and regional targets.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize costs, improve margins, and enhance overall financial performance.
• Support the development of long-term financial strategies to drive sustainable growth in the category and supply chain functions.

You will partner with Marketing, Supply, and Procurement teams to drive financial discipline and enhance decision-making processes. This includes developing and implementing financial models to support strategic initiatives, such as cost efficiency programs and investment decisions.

Business Partnering & Decision Support:

Performance Management & Reporting:

• Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with global standards.
• Monitor key financial KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to proactively drive corrective actions.
• Lead the evaluation of supply chain initiatives, ensuring value creation and alignment with business goals.

Leadership skills are also critical, as you will lead a team of finance professionals by providing direction, mentorship, and development opportunities. A culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence within the finance team is expected.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Advanced English required– Spanish will be a plus.
• Extensive experience in finance roles, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and performance management within a supply chain or category finance environment.
• Proven track record in business partnering and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in leading high-performing teams and driving financial transformation.
