Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer products from initial concept to mass production
  • Manage technical requirements and risks throughout the product lifecycle
  • Evaluate customer specifications and ensure timely delivery while meeting cost targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to develop and implement efficient development processes
  • Supervise product testing, including handling hazardous substances, interpreting test results, and implementing necessary actions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable field
  • Strong experience in the automotive industry, preferably with blow molding product design knowledge
  • Demonstrate expertise in Product Design, Engineering Systems, DFMEA, CAD/CAE & Simulation, Materials & Components, GD&T, D/FMA, Quality & Process tools, Problem Solving skills, and Product Testing knowledge
  • Be able to support and promote initiatives for accelerating digitalization and executing sustainable business models
  • Foster teamwork and leadership skills, with ability to manage local and global teams
  • Maintain fluency in Portuguese and English languages
