Product Manager Role

This key position involves managing a team with the functional and technical expertise to design, develop, and support global applications products to business users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall accountability for services and products throughout their lifecycle;
  • Strategic leadership and collaboration with teams to define and implement IT solutions aligned with operational excellence strategies and transformational programs;
  • Effective service management with third-party vendors based on best practices and overall accountability for metrics such as SLAs, availability, performance, etc.;
  • Escalation point for addressing business demands by working with the team and stakeholders to engage necessary resources;
  • Collaborative work with projects following Mars signature processes and standards;
  • Financial management of product areas and functions;
  • Line management responsibilities including coaching, development, and succession planning for team members.
