We are seeking a skilled professional to spearhead the growth of our multi-categories commerce business in Brazil.

About the Role

The Global E-commerce Multi Categories Lead will be responsible for building the foundation for the commerce business in Brazil, focusing on Home&Living, Beauty, and other categories. This includes designing the overall multi-category growth strategy, identifying high-potential brands/merchants, and driving their growth with other teams & external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive multi-category growth strategy, defining goals, identifying opportunities, and designing approaches;
  • Build and lead a strong team according to the multi-category growth priorities and business rationale;
  • Identify, acquire, and incubate potential multi-brand principals, distributors, and merchants to support category growth;
  • Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently;
  • Collaborate with external service vendors and cross-functional teams to help merchants with live streaming and short videos on TTS;
  • Solve key challenges in business growth through strong collaboration with cross-function teams;
  • Own internal projects to contribute to the ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, B2B marketing).
Requirements
  • 10+ years experience in e-commerce business, with a mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side preferred;
  • 5+ years experience as people manager, managing a significant team size and being hands-on when needed;
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes;
  • Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical, and strong in problem-solving;
  • Familiarity with TikTok and other content platforms, with experience in content-based e-commerce highly preferred;
  • Strong connections with brands and distributors preferred.
