Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate.

  • This role involves assisting the Director of Partnerships in building and implementing core processes and infrastructures.
  • You will also assist in maintaining current systems, such as Notion, Drive, Slack, etc.
  • Execute company-wide initiatives and operational projects.
  • Build sales decks and procedures.
  • Oversee management of Darkroom's CRM (Hubspot).
  • Facilitate conversations with eco-system partners.

This is a fully remote role supporting a team in the EST time zone. We're looking for someone to manage operational inputs of the sales process, oversee day-to-day functions of Darkroom's CRM, schedule calls with new business opportunities, and assist with developing sales collateral.

Key Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Communications or similar.
  • 2+ years managing partnerships in the DTC ecosystem (Agency experience preferred).
  • Experience working within CRMs (Hubspot preferred).
  • Experience working at Digital agencies.

Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to grow your network are essential. Detail-oriented and highly organized individuals will thrive in this role.
