Job Description

This role involves analyzing documents, communicating with clients and partners, and processing financial updates in the system. You will be responsible for setting up new claims, corresponding with clients, and ensuring that data quality is maintained overall.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and process claim documents and transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analyze basic coverage and set up claims independently.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and work collaboratively across teams and functions.
Requirements:

  • A College degree or related business experience.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and navigate through periods of change and ambiguity.
