Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in the assessment and documentation of incidents within our corporate ticketing and Incident Tracking Systems to monitor and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a detailed technical timeline of incidents to ensure accurate reporting and resolution tracking.
- Communicate and escalate issues as necessary to level 3 technical support and management teams.
- Collaborate with internal technical and business units to resolve incidents affecting client service delivery and develop actionable plans.
- Provide technical insights for communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Evaluate incidents to determine the need for formal root cause analysis and work with technical teams to identify underlying issues, producing comprehensive incident reports.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Relevant experience or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Proven experience in incident analysis and management for software applications.
- Strong skills in investigation and documentation to effectively report on defects and enhancements.
- Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
Preferred:
- Experience with banking or payment processing systems.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
