Membership and Fundraising Specialist

As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the strategy for membership and events programs. The Membership and Events Manager is responsible for developing and managing individual giving and membership initiatives, including donor cultivation, renewal, upgrades, and online fundraising.
">This role requires exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with a strong ability to drive data-driven strategies for donor acquisition, retention, and growth. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure integrated messaging and digital fundraising efforts across email, web, and social media channels.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience in fundraising, development, or donor relations. A track record of demonstrated results and excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills are essential.
