About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Facebook Ads & Google Ads campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Your duties will include creating compelling ad copies using design tools like Photoshop, Canva, Figma, building and iterating on landing pages using WordPress + Elementor, running A/B tests & experiments to enhance conversion rates continuously, and tracking, analyzing, and reporting performance using CRO tools.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing
  • An analytical mindset with comfort in tools like GA4, GTM, Hotjar, or Mixpanel
  • Creative problem-solving with a focus on experimentation and iteration
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress & Elementor
