Job Title: AWS Storage Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished Storage Specialist to lead our programs in the Specialist team for our LATAM accounts. As AWS continues to grow its presence globally, the Specialist will assist our internal teams by creating and orchestrating "at scale" programs, initiatives, research, and enablement for our sales and cross-functional customer teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute storage programs, focusing on expanding AWS market share in top key pursuit accounts, segments, and verticals within the private sector.
  2. Partner with AWS corporate platform services and industry teams to identify workloads that impact our storage services.
  3. Act as a trusted business adviser, creating high-impact programs, and tracking progress while tuning for desired results.
  4. Lead virtual teams to drive AWS adoption in key workloads that use the AWS Storage portfolio.
  5. Define, drive, measure, manage, and coach on workload-focused goals across the business.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree.
  3. Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  4. Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
  2. Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
  3. 5+ years experience with Storage Solutions - On-premises or Cloud-Based.
