Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team.

This role involves working with global teams to shape the world by creating stronger, more sustainable communities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in solution delivery and work processes using modern digital technology and lean thinking.
  • Provide advanced support for dealer invoicing questions, inter-company invoicing adjustments, certificates of origin, compliance, and orders systems issues across multiple countries and cultures.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and IT functional requirements for SAP, MSF, and Salesforce, coordinating work requests with global IT teams and external partners.
  • Participate in global cross-functional project teams to improve SAP order management processes and systems, including support for blueprinting, product/system integration testing, UAT, Go Live, and Post Hypercare.
  • Support all machine order management systems and provide advanced daily system issue support to users.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Business Analysis: Strong business acumen, excellent planning and organizational skills, working knowledge of ordering systems and order management processes, general understanding of products, policies, and procedures, expert understanding of invoicing including compliance requirements, experience with lean principles and practices, extensive Project Management experience, PowerBI project creation experience.
  • Analytical Thinking: Names specific tools or techniques that can be used to support the analytical thinking process, gives examples of how analytical thinking has been used to resolve problems.
  • Relationship Management: Provides prompt and effective responses to client requests and interactions, monitors client satisfaction levels on a regular basis, alerts own team to problems in client satisfaction, differentiates the roles and responsibilities in a business relationship, works with clients to address critical issues and resolve major problems.
  • IT Environment: Recognizes basic IT needs from the business user perspective, researches planned platforms, strategies, initiatives, and key issues related to the IT environment, implements existing technology infrastructure and systems management practices, analyzes the purposes and responsibilities of one's own IT department, follows information management policies, expert Ordering System SAP user experience, Salesforce experience with preference to Orders 360 Desktop and MSF experience.
  • System and Technology Integration: Describes the basic concepts and issues of system and technology integration, illustrates the risks and benefits of technology integration projects, explains system integration initiatives.
