HR Operations Expert

This role is responsible for executing multiple HR processes and supporting the HR team across various service categories, including onboarding, offboarding, data maintenance, reporting, metrics, and more. The ideal candidate will develop in-depth knowledge of company HR operations systems and processes. This role requires a strong emphasis on data integrity and analysis to support key HR decisions while providing coverage and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Responding to employee and HR service ticket requests
- Direct entry and processing of transactions into HR systems (such as Workday, Service Cloud and ADP)
- Management of escalations and questions
- Leadership of Service Delivery teams and/or operations for such teams

Requirements
- Basic experience in Human Resources & HR Operations Service Delivery
- Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with at least 6 years of experience in HR Operations
- Knowledge and experience on: HR System and Payroll System
- Fluency in English

Bonus Qualifications
- Proficiency in ADP, Workday, Service Cloud
- Advanced Spanish skills
