Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead initiatives that drive growth and engagement with large corporate clients. This role involves working closely with issuers to deliver robust B2B payment solutions, address customer needs, and develop the broader commercial payments ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Large Market B2B payments, commercial card solutions, transaction banking, or related areas. They should demonstrate strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at C-level and multiple levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of proposals and business cases for corporate clients, working in close collaboration with issuers to drive adoption of our Corporate Solutions portfolio.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize payment processes, introduce innovative solutions, and expand usage across corporate accounts.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to the development of strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with issuers, corporates, and ecosystem partners to support the implementation of new solutions.
  • Monitor adoption progress and address any barriers to ensure successful activation and sustained growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as Products, Sales, and Customer Delivery, to align execution.
  • Track performance metrics and pipeline activities to support reporting and decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in Large Market B2B payments, commercial card solutions, transaction banking, or related areas.
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at C-level and multiple levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop and present proposals and business cases.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including issuers, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
