Descrição do CargoIdentificar e prospectar ativamente novas oportunidades de negócios e clientes potenciais para expandir o alcance da empresa é um dos principais objetivos desse cargo. Além disso, desenvolver estratégias de entrada em novos mercados e segmentos estratégicos, mapear e analisar as tendências de mercado, identificando oportunidades para diversificação e crescimento, são responsabilidades fundamentais desse papel.
Como Diretor Comercial – B2B, você será responsável por estabelecer e manter relações com executivos de alto nível, como vice-presidentes e presidentes de grandes contas, promovendo a imagem e o valor da companhia. Além disso, realizar reuniões de alinhamento estratégico, buscar entender as necessidades dos clientes e oferecer soluções personalizadas para fortalecer o relacionamento e garantir a satisfação, também fazem parte das suas responsabilidades.
Desenvolver e monitorar o orçamento da área comercial, garantindo uma gestão eficiente dos recursos financeiros, avaliar periodicamente o desempenho das iniciativas comerciais e ajustar as ações estratégicas conforme o mercado e as necessidades da empresa evoluem, são apenas alguns exemplos das tarefas que você precisará cumprir no cargo.
Requisitos:
- Profundo entendimento de estratégias de vendas B2B;
- Técnicas de negociação e gestão de contas chave, especialmente em grandes contas;
- Experiência comercial e desenvolvimento de negócio no segmento B2B para serviços;
- Formação em engenharia, logística ou business;
- Experiência com elaboração de planos comerciais e previsões de receita para tomada de decisões fundamentadas.
