As a seasoned Digital Strategist, you will lead all marketing and sales activities across the digital offering portfolio to drive growth, increase sales, margins, market share, and customer satisfaction.
Digital Sales StrategyYou will develop and implement a market-based approach that includes direct, third-party, and project sales. This involves building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to educate, inform, and solicit support for pursuing digital opportunities.
- Develop a market-based strategy that aligns with business objectives.
- Be the champion internally to drive digital strategies and increase awareness within the organization.
You will review customers' digital strategies, propose solutions in line with best practices, and keep in view the digital journey of the customer.
- Define and reach targets for digital sales by building a sustainable digital sales pipeline.
- Represent the company's digital portfolio from all BUs and create additional value for customers by combining capabilities with other companies.
- Understand market and customer requirements and provide inputs to the digital strategy.
For this role, you should have:
- A background in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Management consulting experience.
- Digital Sales Experience in Software Sales.
- A track record of success in selling/negotiating strategic/complex customers facing projects.
