We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Trading & Operations Analyst to join our team in São Paulo, Brazil.
This role plays a key part in supporting institutional clients across the Americas.
About the Role- Support client onboarding by coordinating documentation, operational setup, and platform access in close collaboration with internal stakeholders;
- Track and manage client issues, ensuring visibility, ownership, and resolution within defined SLAs;
- Proactively monitor client activity and system alerts to identify and escalate potential issues;
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the trade lifecycle, settlement processes, and clearing mechanisms across asset classes.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the operational point of contact for institutional clients across the Americas, addressing inquiries related to account setup, funding, trade status, and platform usage;
- Liaise with internal teams across multiple regions—including Technology, Product, Clearing, and Compliance—to coordinate timely responses and resolutions to client requests;
- Document processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases and operational playbooks;
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
- 3+ years of experience in back-office, middle-office, or operations roles within a financial institution;
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (written and spoken) is required;
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with multi-asset platforms, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives;
- Experience with fractional investing or omnibus account structures;
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks in LATAM and/or global financial markets.
