Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the first phase of the client journey. You'll be responsible for stepping into early conversations once a lead is qualified, sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, and helping them make sense of what they really need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead client discovery and whiteboard sessions alongside a Tech Lead.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Build a strong rapport with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Own the creation of proposals, timelines, and solution outlines.
  • Collaborate with Sales, UX, QA, and Engineering on scoping.
Qualifications
  • Experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
  • Proven background supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
  • Strong history of working with cross-functional teams (Tech Lead, UX, QA).
  • Familiarity with SDLC, Agile / Scrum practices, and common delivery risks.
  • Experience in mid-sized or growth-stage tech firms.
  • Background collaborating with stakeholders across business and tech.
