
Client Solutions Engagement Strategist

We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the first phase of the client journey. You'll be responsible for stepping into early conversations once a lead is qualified, sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with clients, and helping them make sense of what they really need.
Key Responsibilities- Lead client discovery and whiteboard sessions alongside a Tech Lead.
- Translate ambiguous client needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Build a strong rapport with business and technical stakeholders.
- Own the creation of proposals, timelines, and solution outlines.
- Collaborate with Sales, UX, QA, and Engineering on scoping.
- Experience in consulting or custom software delivery environments.
- Proven background supporting pre-sales, scoping, or discovery phases.
- Strong history of working with cross-functional teams (Tech Lead, UX, QA).
- Familiarity with SDLC, Agile / Scrum practices, and common delivery risks.
- Experience in mid-sized or growth-stage tech firms.
- Background collaborating with stakeholders across business and tech.
