Project Manager Cement Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cement operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project management, with experience in the cement industry. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery;
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results;
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations;
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Monitor and control project resources to maximize efficiency and minimize costs;
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in project management, with a focus on cement operations;
  • Strong technical knowledge of cement production processes;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients and stakeholders;
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
